Our Mission & Your Support
Thank you for supporting the mission of Two Girls and a Bible through your purchases at Market 31! Every transaction directly funds our ministry and community outreach efforts. To ensure we can be the best possible stewards of the resources you entrust to us, we have established the following return policy. We appreciate your understanding and partnership.
General Return & Exchange Guidelines
We are happy to accept returns for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:
The item is in its original, new, and unused condition.
All original tags must be attached and packaging must be intact.
The original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. No exceptions.
Options for Your Return
For items that meet the guidelines above, we offer the following:
Exchange: You may exchange the item for another product of equal value. If the new item is of greater value, you will be responsible for the difference.
Store Credit: We will issue the full purchase amount in the form of a Market 31 gift card. This credit does not expire and can be used for any future purchase, allowing your contribution to continue supporting our mission.
Please note: Refunds to the original form of payment (cash or credit card) are not standard practice and will only be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management. Our primary goal is to retain all funds to support our ministry work.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality of our products and for health and safety reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
All items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance"
Jewelry (especially earrings)
Donated goods sold "As-Is"
Perishable items, including food and beverage products
Personal care items (e.g., soaps, lotions, lip balms)
Gift cards
Special orders or customized/personalized items
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
We carefully inspect our new merchandise and stand by its quality. If you purchase an item that you find to be defective or damaged, please notify us within 3 days of your purchase.
Please bring the item and your original receipt to the store for inspection.
If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will gladly offer a direct exchange for the same item.
If the item is no longer in stock, we will provide a full refund to your original form of payment.
How to Make a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, simply bring the item(s) and your original receipt to our Market 31 location. Our team will be happy to assist you.
We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above.
